라텍스 강화 탁도 측정 면역 분석법을 채택하여 라텍스 입자로 코팅된 PGI 항체와 시료의 PGI 항원의 반응을 통해 탁도를 생성합니다. 탁도 수준은 농도-흡광도 보정 곡선을 통해 양을 구할 수 있는 PGI의 농도 수준을 반영합니다.
